The 25-year-old had made 51 outings for the Bears during five seasons at Edgbaston and has signed on for another 12 months
Warwickshire have secured the services of Ed Pollock on a new one-year deal.
The 25-year-old's contract covers all formats and takes his spell as a pro at Edgbaston into the sixth season.
Pollock's appearances have come exclusively in the white-ball formats, making 17 List A outings and 34 appearances in the T20 Blast.
His five first-class outings have come while playing for Durham MCCU.
"I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my game at Edgbaston and to putting in match-winning performances across all formats for Warwickshire and the Birmingham Bears," said Pollock, who scored 61 runs in five Blast outings in 2020.
Director of Cricket at Warwickshire Paul Farbrace added: "Ed can be one of the most destructive batsmen in the county game on his day and we were very keen to ensure that he remains a Bear and that he continues to provide the team with such an explosive top-order option.
"He is also an excellent and impressive young man and is very well thought of by all players and coaches."
