Welsh Fire have confirmed a trio of world-class Australians on their roster for the inaugural edition of The Hundred.

Meg Lanning, Beth Mooney and Jess Jonassen will all join the Cardiff-based side for the competition, which is due to launch in July.

Her, Mooney and Jonassen were all due to join Fire for the 2020 competition before it was postponed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, Bryony Smith will also turn out for the side in 2021.

Smith - capped four times by England - was also in the original Welsh Fire squad prior to the delay to the tournament.
