The Cricketer magazine has unveiled ClubSports365 as the official club management partner of the Cawston Press Village Cup.

ClubSports365 is a comprehensive club management platform designed to help sports clubs - from local village sides to large multi-sport organisations - manage their day-to-day operations more efficiently.

The platform simplifies essential club administration, including membership management, player availability, team selections, fixture scheduling, payments and communication, enabling clubs to reduce administrative workload and focus on participation, performance and community engagement.

ClubSports365 also integrates with Play-Cricket, allowing teams, fixtures and results to sync automatically, ensuring that match information remains accurate and up to date while significantly reducing the workload for club volunteers.

Uniquely, ClubSports365 also features a Smart Club Health Dashboard, giving clubs valuable insights into their operations. The dashboard provides clear visibility of performance indicators such as membership growth, revenue breakdown and financial health metrics, helping club administrators make informed decisions and plan for the future with confidence.

The new partnership comes as anticipation builds for the 2026 Cawston Press Village Cup, with hundreds of village cricket clubs across England, Scotland and Wales beginning their campaigns next month.

Regional rounds will begin in April, leading into the competition's national stages later in the summer and culminating in the famous final at the Home of Cricket, where two village clubs will experience the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of playing at Lord's.

Sathya Timmaraju, founder and director of ClubSports365, said: "We are delighted to become the official club management partner of the Cawston Press Village Cup.

"We're proud to support this year's tournament and look forward to seeing clubs across the country enjoy the journey to a dream final at Lord's."

The Cricketer has run the Village Cup since its foundation in 1972, with a modern-day record 403 clubs entering the 2026 edition of the tournament.

"For more than half a century, the Village Cup has offered cricketers from rural communities across the country the opportunity of a lifetime – the chance to play on the hallowed turf of the Home of Cricket.

"Now, thanks to ClubSports365, entrants to the 2026 tournament can manage their teams, fixtures and administration more easily as they navigate the road to Lord's.
