IPL 2021: Positive Covid-19 tests at Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals

Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals are the latest Indian Premier League sides to return positive Covid-19 tests inside the competition's bubble.

Sunrisers wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha and Amit Mishra of Delhi have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

SRH's game against Mumbai Indians on Tuesday (May 4) has been postponed and the competition in its entirety has been suspended.

The news comes after two Kolkata Knight Riders players and two members of the Chennai Super Kings backroom staff returned positive tests in recent days.

The Sunrisers squad are currently in isolation.
