Tom Moody has left his role as Sri Lanka director of cricket.
Moody, the former Australia international, had only been in the job since March 2021 and the news comes just days after Sri Lanka won the Asia Cup.
In a statement, Sri Lanka Cricket said that Moody's services "were no longer required" following the dissolution of the technical advisory committee, to which he had been reporting.

The 56-year-old will leave the position with immediate effect.
An SLC press release quoted him as saying: "It was a privilege to service SLC again and I'm proud of what I managed to achieve during my term with the guidance of the technical advisory committee."
Sri Lanka are currently preparing for the T20 World Cup in Australia. They are due to face Ireland, Namibia, the Netherlands and the UAE in the preliminary round of the competition from October 13.
