All Proteas players have tested negative for Covid-19 - meaning the series will begin in Paarl on Sunday (November 6)
England's one-day international series against South Africa will go ahead from Sunday (December 6) after the hosts came through a full round of Covid-19 testing.
A positive within The Proteas camp had forced the first ODI, scheduled for Friday at Newlands, to be postponed.
There were concerns that a further outbreak could lead to the 50-over leg of the tour being pulled completely.
But Cricket South Africa have confirmed that all players returned negative results from tests carried out on Friday (November 5) evening.
The opening match of the series, which makes up part of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League, takes place from 8am GMT (10am local time) in Paarl on Sunday.
Cape Town will host the final two day-night matches on December 7 and 9.
England had expressed concerns over the bio-secure conditions which protects both teams after a third positive emerged in the South Africa camp.
Two individuals tested positive for coronavirus before the T20 series, while others were forced to isolate after being deemed to be in close contacts.
Eoin Morgan's men are bidding for a clean sweep of the tour after winning all three 20-over matches.
