The 21-year-old helped her side dismiss France for just 33 in a nine-wicket victory
Netherlands medium pacer Frederique Overdijk has set a new world record for the best figures in a T20 international.
Overdijk claimed 7 for 3 against France in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier at La Manga in Cartagena, Spain on Thursday.
The 21-year-old, playing in her eighth international match, helped her side dismiss the opposition for just 33 in a nine-wicket victory.
Overdijk bowled six of her opponents and had one lbw in her four overs, two of which were maidens.
It was the first time any bowler, male or female, had taken a seven-for in T20 internationals.

The previous record in T20Is was held by Anjali Chand, who took 6 for 0 for Nepal against the Maldives in 2019.
Deepak Chahar holds the men's record with the 6 for 7 he returned for India against Bangladesh in Nagpur in 2019.
Overdijk's figures are also believed to be the best of any bowler in a match which has T20 status, beating the Sri Lankan Udeshika Prabodhani's 7 for 5 in a domestic match in 2010.
The best figures among men in T20-listed matches are the 7 for 18 taken by Colin Ackermann for Leicestershire Foxes against Birmingham Bears in the T20 Blast, also in 2019.
