Devon Thomas has replaced Pollard in the one-day international squad, with Rovman Powell stepping in for the shorter format
Kieron Pollard has been ruled out of West Indies' limited-overs tour of Pakistan.
The white-ball captain sustained a hamstring injury during his side's early exit from the T20 World Cup last month.
He has not been able to make a recovery in time to make the trip, which includes three ODIs and three T20Is.

Shai Hope will take on captaincy responsibilities in the ODI leg of the tour, with the role passing on to Nicholas Pooran for the T20s.
The first T20I is scheduled for Monday, December 13, with further matches on December 14 and December 16.
The three-match ODI campaign is due to begin on December 18, with the second game two days later and the series concluding on December 20.
All the matches are to be staged at the National Stadium in Karachi.
