Western Storm will have three England internationals available for the first three matches of their Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy campaign.

National captain Heather Knight, allrounder Anya Shrubsole and bowler Katie George will bolster the Storm squad for fixtures against Thunder, Central Sparks and South East Stars.

The trio are expected to be involved in England's summer schedule against India and New Zealand, which begins with a Test match against the Indians in Bristol from June 16.

"Because of my links to the South West I love playing for Western Storm," Knight said

"We had tremendous success in the Kia Super League and I’m excited that we will get to play a part in this season’s Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Trophy. To be able to play in a competition that bears her name will be an honour.

"We are linking back up with the squad this week and are really looking forward to seeing how much the group has developed over the winter. It’s a great set up and the three of us can’t wait to play in the green and black again this summer."
