England skipper may miss fifth day at Sydney
England captain Joe Root is suffering with diarrhoea and vomiting and may well miss day five at the SCG.
Root - who is 42 not out overnight - spent the majority of a blistering day four in the field, the hottest in the city since 1939.
It is a major blow to England’s slender chances of saving the fifth Test and keeping the series scoreline to 3-0.
