Somerset bowler makes Test debut
Craig Overton has revealed that Steve Smith called his bowling slow before the Somerset man removed the Australia captain.
Smith had faced 415 balls in the series without being beaten before Overton got one through the gate.
Speaking to BT Sport, the England debutant said: “We had a little bit of banter early on, he was saying I was a bit slow… but that’s part and parcel of it and I’ll just keep coming and hitting the deck as hard as possible.”
