The South Wales club have opted against extending the pair's contracts, which were due to expire at the climax to the campaign
Glamorgan will release academy products Kieran Bull and Connor Brown at the end of the current season.
Off-spinner Bull, 25, played 16 first-class matches and two List A matches across six years for the South Wales club.
He played in the first four Bob Willis Trophy matches this season, taking nine wickets.
Brown, 23, has featured in 10 FC matches and three one-day games for Glamorgan since his debut in 2017 but is yet to play this season.
Director of cricket Mark Wallace said: "It's always disappointing when players leave the club, especially when they have come through the Glamorgan pathway system.
"I would like to thank both Kieran and Connor for their dedication and commitment to the club and wish them both the best for the future."
The news follows a warning from the Professional Cricketers' Association that the sport faces losing as many as 70 players - up from an average of 45 - at the end of the current campaign due to tightening finances amid the coronavirus pandemic.
