England's stand-in captain, Jos Buttler, says England are "in good shape" despite their loss to Australia in Southampton.
The tournament favourites fell to a 12-run defeat in their World Cup warm-up against Aaron Finch's side, but the wicketkeeper-batsman was pleased with the work out.
"There's been some good work for the bowlers," he said, speaking to Sky Sports.
"It was good to see Ben Stokes get lots of overs, Liam Plunkett take wickets and I thought the spell of Tom Curran opening up was very good as well."
England saw a number of players suffer injuries of varying degrees throughout the match, with Mark Wood heading off for a precautionary scan having pulled up during his run-up.
"We are obviously disappointed to lose the game. We lost a couple of lads to a few niggles but we are in good shape," Buttler continued.
Buttler struck a swift half-century
"Wood went for a scan. We are waiting on those results.
"[Liam] Dawson just cut his finger. He could have batted if it was a World Cup game but we we chose to rest him."
On his own performance, Buttler said he was disappointed not to go on to a big score having raced to a 30-ball fifty.
"When you're feeling in really good touch - and I thought we were in a position to win the game and that we were in control - it is disappointing when you get out."
Buttler's opposing skipper, Aaron Finch, said he was impressed with his side's bowling performance.
"The way we batted to get around 300 was a good effort. Steve [Smith] played an unbelievable knock and accelerated as he went on.
"Our execution with the ball I thought was really impressive, particularly towards the end. So overall, pretty happy."
