India are without Jasprit Bumrah for the entire T20 series, with Bhuvneshwar Kumar spearheading India’s pace in his place. Ravindra Jadeja is also absent, while Kuldeep Yadav has been overlooked, so Washington Sundar and Axar Patel are on spin duty for the hosts.
Mumbai Indians pair Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan both made their international debuts in the second T20I.
Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan were both left out of the second encounter, as KL Rahul and Kishan were partnered at the top of the innings.
England are virtually at full-strength, though Mark Wood missed Sunday’s clash with a bruised heel.
