Owais Shah, James Foster and Richard Scott will inform selection for the red and white-ball squads, including the Lions teams, going forward
Owais Shah and James Foster have been added to the England men's scouting team.
Ex-Middlesex head coach Richard Scott joins the duo as part of three new appointments.
Each will influence selection for the senior men's red and white-ball squads and the Lions programme.

The additions follow James Taylor standing down as chief men's scout last year before returning to Leicestershire as batting coach.
"Scouting is a key function of our Player Identification activity and aims to balance our objective data analysis with expert observations and judgment," ECB player ID and talent pathway lead David Court said.
"We're delighted that Owais, Richard and James are joining the scouting team and will each bring a unique perspective on players.
"They will specifically inform selections for our England Men's and England Lions teams and programmes."

Shah played six Tests, 71 one-day internationals and 17 T20Is for England between 2001 and 2009 before embarking on an extensive coaching career.
He enjoyed a short stint as United Arab Emirates head coach and has led Dambulla Viking in the Lanka Premier League, and Rajashi Royals to Bangladesh Premier League glory in 2020. Last summer, he was enlisted as a white-ball consultant batting coach by former club Middlesex.
Foster, an Essex ever-present during his playing career, featured in seven Tests and 11 ODIs for England. His move into coaching, including a spell with England, has taken him across the global limited-overs circuit. In recent years he has been a regular feature of the Kolkata Knight Riders' backroom staff and last summer led Northern Superchargers in the men's Hundred.
Scott played 72 first-class matches and 97 games in List A cricket across spells at Gloucestershire and Hampshire before serving as Middlesex head coach for a short period in 2009 following the resignation of Toby Radford.
