The 16-man group includes Tom Banton, who replaced Dawid Malan midway through the current series against Sri Lanka after the left-hander left the bio-secure camp for personal reasons.
There is a place once again for George Garton, who is yet to make his international debut but is one of three left-arm seam options along with Sam Curran and David Willey.
England have already secured a series victory against Sri Lanka, with Eoin Morgan and Joe Root making unbeaten half centuries in an eight-wicket victory at the Kia Oval on Thursday.
Alongside Garton, Liam Dawson is the only other player in the squad not to have featured yet in the opening leg of England’s white-ball summer, with the squad for the T20I series against Pakistan to be named later in July.
