Two venues will stage the tournament, which is due to take place between August 18 and September 10
The 2020 Caribbean Premier League will take place in its entirety in Trinidad & Tobago, after the competition received government approval.
Two venues - Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba and Queen’s Park Oval, Port-of Spain - will stage the tournament, which is due to take place between August 18 and September 10.
The six franchises will play all games behind closed doors, following strict bio-secure protocols.
All players, coaches and support staff arriving in Trinidad & Tobago will be required to self-isolate for a month in advance of the competition - two weeks before departing from their home country, and two further weeks after arriving.
Everyone involved in the competition - more than 250 people in total - will be accommodated by the Hilton Trinidad in St Ann’s.
The islands have had just eight Covid-19 deaths, according to government statistics, and has not opened its borders since March.
"We will continue to monitor the situation concerning Covid-19 and to be on top of it, as it is a rolling situation and requires different rules and regulations as time goes on," minister of sport and youth affairs Shamfa Cudjoe said in a news conference.
"Once we bring off this tournament successfully and I am sure we will, then it will be a lesson for us in hosting other games."
