Ricardo Vasconcelos will captain the side in the Championship while Josh Cobb will take charge in the Royal London Cup and T20 Blast
Northamptonshire have announced their captains for the 2022 season.
Wicketkeeper-batter Ricardo Vasconcelos will captain the side in the LV= Insurance County Championship, taking over from Adam Rossington.
Northamptonshire, who finished fourth in Division Two in last season's three-division structure, will compete in Division One in 2022 following their promotion in 2019.
Josh Cobb, who captained the club in the T20 Blast in 2021, will lead the Steelbacks in both white-ball formats.

Northamptonshire performed poorly in white-ball cricket last season, finishing eighth in Group B in the Royal London Cup and bottom of the North Group in the T20 Blast.
"It'll be a tough beginning, middle and end to the season but that's first division cricket and it's exciting," said head coach, John Sadler. "We want to be playing against the best and the lads are buzzing that we are in the first division.
"Josh has been brilliant. His knowledge of the white-ball game is incredible and he's so tactically astute.
"Ricardo is an incredible young player and now at the stage of his career where he's ready to thrive and take on this added responsibility."
Northamptonshire's 2022 campaign gets underway on April 7 when they host Gloucestershire.
