Gloucestershire bowler Matt Taylor has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after sustaining a stress fracture in his foot.
The 28-year-old, who signed a one-year contract extension at the end of June, made six appearances for the club in the 2022 LV= Insurance County Championship, collecting eight wickets.
He also made three appearances in the T20 Blast.
Taylor injured his foot during Gloucestershire's Division One clash with Essex earlier in July.
Since making his Gloucestershire debut in 2011, Taylor has made 152 appearances for the club in all formats, scoring 956 runs, including two half-centuries, and picking up 251 wickets.
