The 24-year-old wicketkeeper scored 796 runs and claimed 45 dismissals across all formats last season
Brooke Guest has signed a one-year contract extension with Derbyshire to prolong his stay at the Incora County Ground until 2023.
The 24-year-old joined the club on loan from Lancashire in 2020 before making the move permanent ahead of last season.
A wicketkeeper and middle-order batter, Guest scored 796 runs and claimed 45 dismissals across all formats last season.
In the LV= Insurance County Championship, he scored 489 runs at 25.73, including scoring his maiden first-class century against Leicestershire as part of a club-record sixth-wicket stand of 227 with Anuj Dal.
He added a further 170 runs, including one half-century, in the Royal London Cup and 137 runs in the T20 Blast.

Guest is the latest young player to commit his future to Derbyshire, with fellow under-25s Dal, George Scrimshaw and Ben Aitchison all putting pen to paper this winter – a promising sign for a club plagued by talent drain.
Commenting on his contract extension, Guest said: "Last season was a big one for me personally, I played in all formats and felt like I took on more responsibility within the squad.
"Scoring my first century was a huge moment for me, and the batting work I've put in over the winter has given me confidence that I can contribute to more wins for Derbyshire this season."
Head coach, Mickey Arthur, added: "This winter, Brooke has shown real development in all aspects of his game and it's really pleasing that he's committed to Derbyshire for a further year.
"We've been clear from the start that each player will have a defined role within our squad, and Brooke has a big one to play this season, with the wicketkeeping gloves and the bat."
