Morkel and Stoneman among those reprimanded by the Cricket Discipline Commission

The Cricket Discipline Commission have released a list of Fixed Penalty Directive breaches from June 9 - 28.

The Surrey trio of Jade Dernbach, Morne Morkel and Mark Stoneman all found themselves on the receiving end of reprimands.

Dernbach was reported in Surrey’s County Championship fixture against for a Level 1 breach (using language that, in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting).

In the same fixture opener Stoneman was said to have committed a Level 1 breach (showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action).

Meanwhile South African Morkel was reported in Surrey's match against Hampshire for a combination of the above offences (showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action/using language that in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting).

Nottinghamshire's Steven Mullaney, Derbyshire's Hardus Viljoen, Leicestershire's Ben Raine and Northants' Richard Levi were all reported in County Championship fixtures for a Level 1 breach of the Directives (showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action).

Durham's Cameron Steel was reported by umpires in a fixture against Sussex for a Level 1 breach of the Directives (bowling a dangerous or unfair short pitched delivery and/or accidental non-pitching delivery that results in the bowler being disallowed from bowling any further in that innings in accordance with Laws 41.6 and 41.7 and Specsavers County Championship Playing Conditions 41.3 and 41.4).

The penalty for each of these offences is a reprimand. Penalties remain on the players' records for a two-year period and the accumulation of nine or more penalty points in any two-year period will result in an automatic suspension.
