Edgbaston: Barbados 64, Australia 68-1 - Australia won by nine wickets
Australia booked their spot in the Commonwealth Games semi-finals with a crushing nine-wicket victory over Barbados at Edgbaston.
The reigning T20 world champions skittled the Caribbean representatives for 64 and completed their chase with 71 balls to spare.
Darcie Brown (1 for 22) was the first bowler to strike, removing Hayley Matthews (caught Grace Harris) for 18, before Alana King and Tahlia McGrath removed Deandra Dottin and Kycia Knight in quick succession to reduce Barbados to 39 for 3.

Ashleigh Gardner then dispensed with Kyshona Knight and Trishan Holder in the 12th over before three wickets from King and two for McGrath completed Australia's demolition job.
King finished with figures of 4 for 8, McGrath bagged 3 for 13 and Gardner took 2 for 6. Though wicketless, Megan Schutt (0 for 6) and Jess Jonassen (0 for 7) also impressed with the ball.
In reply, Shanika Bruce struck in the second over, removing Beth Mooney for two, but that was as good as the innings got for Barbados.
Alyssa Healy scored 23 off 24 while captain Meg Lanning blasted 36 off 21, including hitting the winning runs.
Barbados must now defeat India on August 3 in order to qualify for the semi-finals.

Alana King to develop into the most potent bowler in womens cricket. Her control is exceptional, especially for a leg spinner. Remind you of anyone?
