It's a no brainer to use this fixture as a season curtain raiser in April. Playing any fixture at this time of year is a lottery. The team who lost the toss here were always on a hiding to nothing. Let's get administrators in who understand the game, not just the persuit of the cash cow. It's a despairing time for us fans of the game.

If they stick with 3 divs, make it the trophy for the Div 2&3 winners to play for. There's no point in the top 2 Div 1 counties playing each other, tacked on when the CC is over and with too little notice for supporters. And don't have it start on a Tuesday. Fri-Mon with an extra day in reserve on the Tues. Give people who can't get short notice leave a chance to see some play
