After seeing out five dots balls at the start of the first over bowled by Mitchell Starc, Broad signed off in a grand manner by unleashing a massive six high over deep square leg.
Anderson being trapped lbw in the next over meant it was Broad's final contribution with the bat in his 18-year senior career, leaving him eight not out.
Absolutely thunderbastards his final ball in Test cricket for six.

He becomes the second man to hit a six via their final delivery in Test cricket.
The only other instance occurred when Wayne Daniel hit Tom Hogan for a maximum while batting for the West Indies against Australia in Port-of-Spain in March 1984.
