Harry Brook produced another adventurous, bold knock on day one of the fifth Men's Ashes Test at the SCG.

However, alongside some brutal boundaries were some ill-advised swipes which almost curtailed his innings.

One particular saw him attempt to hook Mitchell Starc over the rope, but only end up top-edging the ball towards deep backward square leg, where three Australian fielders converged on the ball but couldn't complete the catch.

George Dobell outlines why the moment, with Brook on 46 and his fourth-wicket stand with Joe Root was worth 97, was his Betfair Moment of the Day.
