Though asymptomatic, the 26-year-old seamer has tested positive for COVID-19 and is not yet permitted to travel to the UK
Haider Ali, Imran Khan and Kashif Bhatti have been permitted to travel to England for Pakistan's multi-format tour after each returning two negative tests for COVID-19.
The trio were among a group of 10 to be initially blocked from flying to the United Kingdom, but they are now free to join up with the rest of the squad.
However, the group will not include Haris Rauf who despite being asymptomatic has returned another positive test. Only players who test negative twice in a row have been allowed to leave for England.
Six players who had previously tested positive flew out on July 3 and they will be joined by Ali, Khan and Bhatti on Wednesday (July 8).
The squad is currently based in Worcester where they are undergoing a 14-day isolation period, before travelling to Derby to ramp up their preparations for the multi-format series.
Pakistan will face England in three Tests, starting at Emirates Old Trafford on August 5 before the series moves to The Ageas Bowl for the final two matches.
Both nations will then face-off in three T20Is on August 28, 30 and September 1 in Manchester.
