Kapil Dev has been discharged from hospital just days after undergoing a procedure to help treat chest pains.
The ex-India captain underwent an emergency coronary Angioplasty after being admitted to Fortis Escort Heart Institute on Friday.
He was admitted on Friday (October 23) following complaints of discomfort but is already on the road to a full recovery.
A follow-up hospital statement read: "The 61-year-old complained of chest pains on Thursday following which he was taken to Fortis Escorts Heart Institute emergency department.
"He is doing fine now. Mr. Kapil Dev got discharged today afternoon. He's doing fine and can resume his regular daily activity soon."

Former India player Chetan Sharma posted a series of pictures via Twitter of Kapil, who was seen being visited by his daughter and then surgeon Dr Atul Mathur.
News of Kapil's admission sparked an outpouring of support from the cricket community.
Current India captain Virat Kohli was among those to send their support, writing on Twitter: "Praying for your speedy recovery. Folded hands Get well soon paaji."
