After a hugely successful association in 2015, The Cricketer is delighted to announce that Durant Cricket has renewed its contract and is the official Ground Equipment Supplier of the Davidstow Village Cup 2016.

Durant Cricket managing director Cristian Durant said: “We really enjoyed our summer with the National Village Cup in 2015; so much so, that extending our deal was a no-brainer. It was a wholly positive experience as a sponsor, culminating in a fantastic final at Lord’s. Our support of this grassroots competition mirrors the support we offer clubs in improving their grounds, which even includes a dedicated fundraising advice service.”

The Cricketer’s account & operations manager Jess Davidson said: “We’re delighted to welcome Durant Cricket back on board after a successful first year with us. The expertise of Cristian and his team is second to none in providing specialist cricket ground equipment, making it a perfect fit for clubs involved in the competition.”

Durant adds its name to Owzat-Cricket and TM Lewin as official sponsors of the competition in 2016, with Dairy Crest-owned Cornish cheddar giant Davidstow installed as headline sponsors.
