Honours finished pretty much even at Uxbridge, where Middlesex went in at stumps on 324 for seven. Malan excelled with the bat for 106 and Denly played intelligently for his 95 until Warwickshire hit back to claim four wickets for five runs in 24 balls with Chris Wright claiming three of them.
