Essex v Kent

Confusion here about the margin of victory. It is either 3 runs or 1 run!! But, whatever, Essex have won. Smith's 5 for 19 is a career-best in t20, and Napier clean bowled last man Mark Davies with the final ball. But, did Kent need 4 or 2 to win at that stage? We are waiting to find out the official decision.
