Kent v Derbyshire

Big let off for Matt Coles. The burly Kent all-rounder just danced down the track to Derbyshire spinner David Wainwright only to miss with his defensive lunge. Thankfully for him, keeper Tom Poynton missed the ball and the stumping chance as it turned to pass leg stump and go for two byes. Having already offered Geraint Jones two lives, Derbyshire could be in far better shape than they already are. After 55 overs, Kent are on 155-6.
