Yorkshire v Essex

Tim Bresnan is out warming up with the Yorkshire squad ahead of his appearances for them against Kent and Leicestershire during the next fortnight. Bresnan was even keen to do 12th man duties yesterday. Conditions are good for the third day of this current clash. Essex's immediate hopes of a recovery from 72-5 rest on the shoulders of Bresnan's England team-mate Ravi Bopara and visiting skipper James Foster.
