Result - Kent v Derbyshire

Kent have wrapped up an emphatic 111-run CB40 win over Group C rivals Derbyshire in front of the second best crowd at Canterbury this summer. Inspired by Sam Billings' 143 - the highest one-day score by a Kent batsman at St Lawrence - Kent easily defended their total of 248-6 to win with 56 balls to spare. Derbyshire had little chance of a successful pursuit once Mark Davies nabbed three for 25 and were completely out of it after Darren Stevens took five for 36 - including a five for seven purple patch in the space of 19 balls.
