Evin Lewis provided the spark for West Indies at The Oval, smashing 176 before retiring hurt. With Chris Gayle (2) and Shai Hope (11) gone and West Indies 33 for 3, Lewis marshalled the innings before letting loose once he reached three figures. The ton came from 94 balls, from there the handbrake was released and his next 76 runs were scored off 36 deliveries. The innings was the fourth-highest ODI score by a West Indies player; Chris Gayle (215) and Sir Viv Richards (189*, 181) lead the way.
