One to watch: Luis Reece scored 106 against Durham last time out at the top of the order and if he can carry on that form he could create an upturn in the fortunes of Derbyshire having only gained one win so far this season.

One to watch: Craig Meschede scored 87 in Glamorgan’s first innings and 41 in the second innings.  To add to this the allrounder took four wickets in Sussex’s first innings.

One to watch: Keaton Jennings – He may not be in the best form but he will be desperate to book a seat on the plane to Australia and there is only one way to do that and that is to make a lot of runs.

One to Watch: Michael Carberry has arrived on loan from Hampshire until the end of the season. The experienced batsman will be looking to help Leicestershire to their first win of the season.

One to watch: Jack Taylor compiled a brilliant 101 not out in Gloucestershire’s first innings against a Worcestershire attack including Ravi Ashwin.  He then went on to score a further 43 in the second innings before being trapped lbw by the India spinner. Taylor could be key in helping Gloucestershire gain their third win of the season.

One to watch: Azharullah picked up five of Nottinghamshire’s wickets in the first innings before removing three more in the second.  Azharullah could prove to be a useful weapon as Northamptonshire look to move up the table and put pressure on those above them.

One to watch: Chris Jordan picked up five wickets in Glamorgan’s second innings for to set up what went on to be a successful run chase for Sussex. Sussex will be hoping that Jordan’s pace will help them make a late push towards the promotion places.
